Crocodiles are aggressive predator reptiles who live in warm marshes and waterways. They attack from ambush, and are very dangerous.

Crocodiles are reptiles, with thick skins, short legs and long tails. They are usually 11-12′ long, and brown or dark gray in color, with a large elongated mouth.

When attacking, a crocodile will attempt to bite and grapple with its victim. If it succeeds, it will drag it underwater. A crocodile can hold its breath of 4 x ST turns before it risks drowning. Its bite itself will do 2d6 damage.

Crocodiles are also edible, and can feed 6 people for 3 days.

They are usually found in marshes and fresh water rivers and creeks. They attack from ambush, lying in wait with just their eyes and snout showing above water.

The Isle of Ealdun

Crocodiles are feared creatures on the Isle. They are believed to have passed over from the Cha’lon, and spread throughout the southern lands of the Isle. Most populated areas do not see them, but they can still be found in wilderness or low population areas throughout Southmoor and Ealdmearc.

The Middle Lands

In the Middle Lands, crocodiles are only found in the southern lands Kavasti lands of Amrakh and Zaria.

The Vales

Crocodiles are unknown in the Vales.

The Shaman’s Valley

Crocodiles are unknown in the Valley.
