Wolves have brown to gray fur, and have the size of large dogs. They will chase their prey, running them to the point of exhaustion, then attacking from strength with their bite, for 1d6+1 damage.

A common tactics is for a few individuals to attack from the front while the rest circle to the prey’s rear.

While many legends have grown up about the evil of wolves, most are simply creatures surviving in the wilderness. Their howling in the night is likely to spook pack animals, and people as well.

Wolves can be found throughout the Isle. They are common in all parts, even in the Varge.

The Middle Lands

Wolves can be found in most parts of the Middle Lands, from the northern forests of Tianshang, to all of Urre, to the northern plains of Kavast. They are not found in the southern deserts of Kavast, but can be found in the rocky desert highlands near the great mountains.
