Hello, everyone! Welcome to Untold Realms, my new home for my gaming. I plan to relocate my various game sites here, to better focus my time (and cut costs!)
Over the years I have gone back and forth about doing this. I liked having the separate identities with different websites, but the cost of having multiple sites was just getting to be too much. In the end, I decided I really needed to consolidate.
The problem in consolidating the sites is migrating the information–but not losing the readers. My biggest concern is inthelabyrinth.org. While I did lose some readers when I started writing there again and moved from being focused on The Fantasy Trip to Blades & Black Magic, a large majority remained. I really don’t want to lose them.
I think I can move my other sites with minimal impact to the readers. It will take time to move the content and the tools I created on each site, but I can get that done by the end of the year. That will allow me to cut down on the number of paid services that I have to renew for each individual site. I hate to say that it is about the money, but that is a driving factor.
Still–it will let me get everything one place. And that place will be more game-agnostic. If I want to write about a war-game, I have a place to do it. Likewise, if I want to write about a game that is not BBM and Cepheus–I have a home for it.
So I hope everyone will stick around with me as I make this move. More importantly, I hope you get just a little something from it in return. Stay tuned for more!

Personally, I’m kind of glad you’re doing this! Having all the various campaigns AND their back-up material, including tools and generators and bestiaries (oh my!) all in one place is a very nice convenience to me!
